Shipping policy
1. Shipping Availability
- FleetRun Truck Parts currently ships only within the United States (including the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, and Hawaii where applicable).
- We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories at this time.
2. Carriers and Delivery Methods
- Primary Carrier: We use UPS for most of our shipments.
- Other Carriers: For certain products or shipping destinations, we may use alternative carriers at our discretion to ensure prompt and safe delivery.
- Multiple Delivery Options: The available delivery methods may vary based on your location and the weight or dimensions of the product.
3. Shipping Options & Transit Times
- Free Shipping (Standard Freight): If a product qualifies for free shipping, it will be shipped via our Standard Freight method, which typically takes 4–6 business days.
- Express Shipping: If you require faster delivery, we offer an Express option for an additional cost. Express shipments usually arrive in 1–2 business days once your order has been processed and shipped.
4. Processing Times
- Most in-stock items ship same day if the order was placed before 2:00 PM EST.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
5. Shipping Costs
- Any associated shipping costs (if not included for free) will be calculated at checkout based on your location, product dimensions, and selected delivery method.
- For products with free shipping, no additional shipping cost applies for the Standard Freight service. If you choose Express Shipping for these products, you will be charged the express rate.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to follow your package’s progress until it arrives.
7. Delays and Exceptions
- While we strive to meet stated delivery timelines, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseeable events.
- If you experience a delay, please contact us at sales@fleetruntruckparts.com so we can assist you in resolving any shipping-related concerns.
8. Missing or Damaged Shipments
- If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please reach out to us at sales@fleetruntruckparts.com within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate or replace your order as quickly as possible.
