It varies at the RPMs and oil temperature, but usually the most important reading should be based on the oil pressure reading at idle (around 600 RPMs) and oil temperature around 225°F (normal operating temperature), with these parameters you should be seeing 14-20 PSI (this also depends on the viscosity of the oil you use and how many miles are on the oil and filters).
